Over the last 2 weeks PAC swimmers have been pushing themselves to the limit by completing our custom Aquathlon at least twice per week. An Aquathlon involves completing a long distance swim then a medium distance run in the shortest time possible.

The Phoenix Swim Team will be participating in the Antigua OECS time trials this Sunday, October 4, 2009. This event will determine the team that will represent Antigua at the OECS Championships in November, which will be hosted in Grenada.
Swimming lessons are starting this Tuesday. We are very excited about our first session of official swimming lessons and look forward to seeing all of those who have signed up. Get ready to make a splash!

On Sunday, July 26th, three of our own Phoenix swimmers had triumphant inaugurations into the world of triathlons.
